After deciding to pay more than the lower priced lovers by almost a thousand dollars I thought the service would be great. NOT!!! They were on time but talked so much to one another- they did not watch and damaged furniture due to hitting their own carts and would not even completely take all pictures. Many things were damaged so if you use them get the insurance and under no conditions take a flat price as the guys that come out get angry and clearly do not care about your things!!! After all that they hid a piece of furniture behind things that was broken, when you move you may not see it for weeks as you unpack. NOT HAPPY as 50 cents a pound they pay for damage is a joke!!
