I have used them for years.....Very reliable.

I dropped off a trophy to have a small plate engraved with 4 letters, and the year. After 3 weeks I return to pick it up and the engraving is wrong! Then another 3 weeks because they were closed, and charged me $25. Do not use them for any engraving needs, there are better in Naples that actually care of quality and customer service!!
