Our pool turned out amazing! It's like we have our own report right in our backyard. Kenny is very knowledgeable and creative with the design was amazing! We highly recommend him.

If I could I would have gave no stars I'm so sorry I chose this company! signed contract August 10th left deposit $4800. on August 24th they had $51800 of my money i learned a hard lesson not to pay in full there was no incentive to work anymore after all the money was spent. I was told my pool would be done within 6 weeks (please get it put in writing from your pool builder) promise promise!! Knowing it was not going to be finished in that time frame. I don't like to be lied too. If I looked at his Dex reviews I would have never signed a contract with them. I agree with all 4 reviews because it happened to me. They also push travertine and give you a low grade and say your getting premium.my pool deck on two sides was 4 inch off sq and the other side 2 1/4 inch and was told you cant deal with that!!! I just had someone come out and the footer on two sides is out of line for the screen they would have to make new footers to hold the cage or the screws will only be in the travitine it burns me that I had to pay a extra $5500 for a kitchen wall that's crooked and extra concrete they put in not square I still don't have the remote for the lights for the pool. I would highly not recommend this company the pool was completed over 20 weeks from start date. highly disappointed.totally unacceptable update 04/11/18 last storm pool started to overflow found the overflow was capped off vent was duct taped. I hope this nightmare ends. everyday I find something else out and I hear from the owner in writing that I'm very unhappy person are you kidding me!

To all of you that gave 5 stars I'm glad that he did a great job for you and you did not have to go thru what I did!! I guess slusser pools learned a lesson from my trustworthy review. All I wished was to have the same experience but I didn't what I got was a uncompleted crooked pool and a electrain that did not finish the job

Just found out Travertine sinking in spots nightmare continues

So many reasons we gave a five.
1. They pour concrete before they lay the travertine
2. Led Lights are the best
3. Tile selection was beautiful
4. Blue Glass adds a great shine to the pool
5. Works with budget

We love our pool so much! We swim in it everyday! The quality is amazing and the flow of the jets rock!

Kenny and his crew did an amazing job building our pool! We contacted many companies and after much thought felt Kenny had the most knowledge and experience. He explained everything to us so we were able to understand the whole process. We’re extremely thankful that Kenny took the time to explain the difference between pavers and travertine because living in Florida we know pavers get hot. We had no idea that travertine stayed cooler on your feet. Putting travertine around our pool not only looks beautiful but stays cool! We feel like we have our own resort pool and couldn’t be happier! If you are looking for the BEST Company to build your pool I highly recommend Slusser Pools!

I have known Kenny Slusser for many years. He built my sisters pool and now my daughters pool. If I didn’t leave in a condo I would have him build a pool for me!

Slusser Services did an excellent job building my daughters pool. I was at her house everyday during the process and I was amazed on how efficient Kennys crew was at building her pool. The pool turned out just beautiful. I highly recommend this company to anyone who is the market to build a pool.

It's amazing that everyone that pays in full. Slusser pools disappears and you dont see him anymore. how can Mr Slusser continue to get away with this and still be in business? when I confronted him on issues he became annoyed and call me uneducated New yorker. His employees even tell everyone they dont get paid. How can they operate business screwing people and get away with it. I hope you did not have his electrical guy do work for you metro electric is another joke Mr Slusser subs that out what a nightmare outlets not hooked up salt generator not hooked up broken Led in pool and much more the owner comes around just to collect money and sends 19 year olds to do the job.my final electrical code enforcement had to fix a circuit said it could have burned your house down unacceptable please do your homework guys and gals!! when I continue to see reviews about how he takes money in full and disappears he said to me if you pay in full I'll give you a discount beware of that and it still continues.

ONCE HE HAD ALL OUR MONEY HE STOPPED ANSWERING MY CALLS AND DIDN'T FINISH. WE HAD TO PAY TO HAVE SOMEONE ELSE FINISH OUR POOL.

his SUB CONTRACTORS did a great job on our pool, but when talking to them they informed us they have to beg borrow and steal to get their paychecks. He never finished our job but took all our money...don't even ask about getting warranties taken care.

once the job was paid in full he stopped returning my calls to finish the job. we were forced to finish the job elsewhere. so much getting great deal....Slusser was the only one that got a great deal

lied about contract price, lied about electric, lied about pool interior, lied about warranty.....need I go on. i understand he has lied upwards of $400,000 (so far)from his clients.

Everyone at Slusser Pools is a professional. Their subcontractors are as well. They built our pool to our specifications and did it on time. We highly recommend this company.

Kenny and his team worked really hard to produce the pool of our dreams. They have cool 3D videos of how it will look when it's all built. They turned up on time and the new pool looks great. No complaints at all! Would recommend.

I was almost ready to sign a contract with another company. But at the last minute I was told to give Kenny a call. So I did & he came over took a look & a few days later called me up & said come over to the shop & take a look at what he had drawn up. I took a look at what he had we did a little talking about pool & spa & I signed a contract with him that day. I liked the way he talked & I liked his ideas & he was opened to mine. During the project we both came up with a few changes we worked them right in. There were a few things that came up but Kenny was right on them getting them taken care of. So in the end I'm glad I got to work with Kenny.

I know there are some criticism on here regards to the work from Slusser Services. I had a great experience and Kenny did a wonderful job designing my pool building my pool. Some delays happened due to weather that set things back a bit. Overall, Kenny was very professional and always answered my calls when I needed to ask a questions. I would highly recommend Slusser for your pool.

Also lights in pool have not been finished was supposed to have a remote so can change colors have to go to panel box and switch breakers off this has been a horrible experience no return calls from electrian also had leak in pool skimmer that I mentioned for 2 weeks they don't believe a think you tell them I personally had repair this company don't care about customers all there worried about is where there next dime is coming from. Do your homework people I learned the hard way once I have all the repairs done and pool lights work correctly my attorney which i contacted is waiting for the final bills will be contacting them for all work done by the contractors and the crooked deck.
