I'm a first-time pet owner. Sutherland was recommended by a friend. They told me everything to know about owning a pet. From grooming to food and medications. The owner was very helpful.

Lynn is the owner of thisstore. She is wonderful! She will work with you if you have any special orders and she is always happy to give advise. She is so nice and really understands customer service. Her customer service skills run circles around these kids who work at the chain pet stores. I'd recommend her business to anyone who appreciates someone who cares and loves animals. Thanks Lynn! The Owner is actually in the store! I always leave Sutherlands completely satisfied. They have everything! and the staff actually knows your name.Highly Recommend to all.

I purchase all my raw food for my cats at Sutherlands. From the first time I ever stepped foot into the store, I felt welcome and was amazed at the amount of inventory. If you can't find it, just ask. They have more items for animals besides feed that I have ever seen. And their hours are great with Saturday hours until 6PM. I highly recommend this store and the prices are right too.

Sutherlands has a great selection of bird cages and toys.They also carry lots of specialty dog and cat food.I have cats and a bird and I am always looking for high quality grain free food.The staff is friendly and helpful.There are also some incentive frequent buyer plans in place on certain brands.I would reccommend shopping there for your pet's needs.

Lynn, the owner of Sutherlands, is exremely knowledgable and always has a good word. I often find myelf going in just to ask a question, even if I don't need any supplies.
