EXTREMELY disappointing! George came out to measure for our screening the first week in Nov. He said if we don't hear from him to call. We didn't hear and I called, and called, several times. NO response. I texted, NO response. After 3 weeks we went to the store. Susan said George told her our job was "a pain in the ass". NICE! It was screening, supposedly their speciality, If only he had spent 30 seconds and called us to tell us he didn't want to do the job it would have been better than let us hanging. Dec 13, still NO call. We wasted precious time. Two of our neighbors wanted aluminum work done and called the store, neither of them ever got a response. If the new aluminum company that is moving into the 5475 Shirley St building have any kind of customer service, they should and will take business away.

I called and was told they could fix my screen door. When I arrived with door I was treated rudely by a woman who claimed to be store manager. I have never been treated this way in any naples establishment for the 20 years I have lived here. She needs a course in customer relations
