I flew down to Florida to help my retired father with his recovery after surgery. My father was referred to this "Total Surgery Center". I have been all over the world and never have I experienced poorer service in my life. My father is a retired Navy Captain. The lack of respect they showed him was disgraceful. My father spent his life protecting and defending this country. To be treated so poorly by these "surgeons" who think they are God's gift to the world is disgraceful.



The apparent "lead" nurse was speaking about my father in a vulgar manner like we were not sitting right there. The anesthesiologist was very abrupt and was put out by simple questions were we asking. Her defensiveness to simple questions only made me realize she has little confidence in her own ability. I will be reporting these "surgeons" and "nurses" to their perspective medical boards.



For your own sake DO NOT GO HERE!

The behavior of the staff was despicable. I overheard several rude comments about my size. One nurse was laughing right at me. It made me feel terrible. The person in charge did nothing to stop this behavior. These individual's upbringing was clearly very poor. No manners and no respect for elderly folks. I will never return here.

Rude arrogant surgeons. They refuse to elaborate on basic medical questions. Any question asked was automatically met with a defensive posture. Any medical professional with true skill would have no issue answering patient's questions. Their behavior only led me to believe the quality of their care was not based in skill and knowledge, but rather in ignorance in riding on the professional reputation of their titles. This rarely equates to quality medical care. I was very concerned that I would leave this place worse than when I arrived. For your own sake, seek you medical needs elsewhere.

Never before have I received such rude thoughtless uncaring service from anyone in the healthcare in the street as I did from the staff at this institution. If I have any choice I will never ever walk through the door there again free guard less of which physician chooses to use this facility.
