I have been storing antiques with this facility for over 6 years. The owners and managers are very friendly while trying to insure that I am happy with my experience. People who complain about moisture or mold are the ones who don't take the advice from the owner. This is a garage, like a basement, not a climate controlled storage unit so NEVER move wet items in nor move in when it is raining or snowing. Keeping it cool and dry inside takes no more effort than a bucket of Damp Rid every six months which will absorb any moisture. I have been storing here for a long time and none of my precious valuables have ever been damaged.

I learned a lot of information from the owners on best practices when storing my goods. Last they always clean in front of my doors in the Winter time and one of the owners lives on site during the summer months.

Along with their security system and a manger who lives next door, this is the BEST DEAL IN TOWN!
