I have been a regular customer for years. Recommended Ron to my brother ad all my friends. Clean shop means attention to detail. Ron has always taken care of me well. You can't find a better outboard mechanic in southern Maine.

I have brought my boat to RPM 3 times and everything was fine. He is always a little kranky. This spring, brought it in for spring service charged me $135.00, put boat in water, gears shredded in lower unit. Bring it back pay $2,500 for wilfit lower unit, put boat back in, boat still doesn't move. Got new prop fixed problem. Paid him $2,500 and have requested work order and invoice for work performed and he will not give it to me. I am wondering if he mis diagnosed the problem. All I want is the paper work and he will not give it to me. I have never seen anything like this before.

The owner is a complete jerk and myself and anyone I know will ever bring anything to this jerk. Never Bring ANYTHING to this clown! Cmplete rip off.
