Excellently packed and very healthy plants! Wonderful company to work with. Thank you, will definitely order again.

I spent $138 on hoyas. I received one hoya the size of a quarter. Some of the other hoyas had a stem and leaves that were cut in half, no full leaves. And to top it off, they were mealy bugs on the leaves and nests in the soil. I called to complain and the person was downright nasty. They said they cut off the leaves to pack them! Would not give me a refund. I paid $26 for shipping and was not going to spend another $26 to ship back. THEY ARE A TOTAL RIP OFF! I spent $6 on a plant the size of a quarter! Do not buy from them. They do not care about their customers or their plants!

I withdrew my initial complaint. Although customer service was not that great, i will see how well I can nurse young AV to grow and to bloom. Will report the percentage of survived and thrived about 8 weeks from now. For the time being, I am refrain from making comments. Why does YP need comments that must be at least 100 characters long lol lol lol lol lol lol lol
