This is the first time working with Narragansett Property Management when renting a beach house and it will be the only company we will use in the future. This was the 3rd year my large extended family rented beach houses and all the other years we had many problems that were never addressed and just encountered rude people from the other companies that rent out houses in the Scarborough area. Both years, the bathrooms were so dirty I called the companies to have them come back to clean them. This year, everything was so clean. I worked with Nick the whole time and every time I had a question, he answered it in a timely manner. When I emailed about the broken vacuum, someone was there that day taking it to repair it. When I asked about beach chairs, four were brought to my door later on in the day! It was just amazing how we were treated compared to the other 2 years and 3 different companies. Nick's work ethic was so amazing I was shocked to learn he didn't even own the company! After experiencing problems with 2 summer houses 2 years in a row, I was on top of making sure our needs were met and Narragansett Property Management far exceeded my expectations. Nick really cared about my family enjoying our stay at one of his houses. If you are looking for a dedicated, conscientious company, go with Narragansett Property Management to find you a house to rent for the summer.

Narragansett Property Management is great! They were very helpful. This is a good company for students to rent from. I would highly recommend renting from them. They were accommodating to students. I have rented a house during the year and a summer house from NPM and have had wonderful experiences both times.
