DO NOT STEP IN TO THIS PLACE! The worst experience I've ever had in my life... the person attending to me was SUPER RUDE and seemed like had no control over emotional regulation or her speech. She'd fit in more as an inpatient psychiatric patient than as a beautician trying to provide services who (apparently) continue to keep up her regime of upsetting clients. This place does not deserve a single star!!! And I'm wondering why they are still in business. After reading reviews online I feel that relevant state authorities need to know about what goes in here as its evident that these incidents are common and had continued for years.

Do not go here!! The manager is unprofessional, and like the girl above wrote, they lie to your face! When i went, there was no "threader" there, which is ridiculous because it is a threading salon. The woman tried to "sugar" me, and it didnt even remove any hair at all!!! She was waaaaayyyy to close for comfort, had nasty coffee breath, and took forever---then she smeared this powder all over my brows to make it look like she took something out, but it just looked horrible. I paid just because I wanted to get out of there---but I will NEVER go there again!

I would give zero stars if I could. I went to Zeba to get a henna tattoo. 1st I wasn't told that I had to leave the henna on for 2 hours (even though I told her I was getting it on my foot so I would have to walk around with my shoe off). They told me i had to leave it on for 2 hours AFTER I had the henna on. So I had to take it off and they offered to do another one somewhere else on me (with an attitude mind you). 2nd the designs in their "past clients" book looked NOTHING like what was on my foot! I'm a horrible drawer and I could have have done it better! The WORST part was that after the second go around I was told I would be charged $15 because the design didn't look as filled in as the picture. On the receipt it said $15 but on my bank statement they charged me $25. This place has horrible costumer service and they lie to your face. I wouldn't bother waisting your money OR time.
