Provided by YPmobileMy wife and I were looking for a third row SUV. We with four kids, we were definitely on a budget. We just returned discouraged from a bait and switch from a previous dealer when we saw a Lincoln Aviator online at Best Ford. The price was about right. We contacted the dealership and spoke with Duncan McCallum. He was very friendly and helpful. He said he would have the car ready the next day for a test drive. The car was impressive! It ran amazing! Duncan was completely upfront and honest with my wife, my father-in-law (who is a certified mechanic), and myself. The service department was also upfront with the importance of keeping up with maintenance and the reasons why. Duncan even gave us a better deal on the Aviator. Needless to say, we bought it right then and there. Thanks to Duncan and the team at Best Ford, my wife and I are no longer looking for a third row vehicle; and we are all riding comfortably as a family! Thank you Duncan and Best Ford! - Marc

Provided by YP.comI read the bad reviews about this company but still went there because of my Ford Service Plan. It was the worst service department that I have ever had the misfortune of doing business with. They spent 5 days not returning phone calls and lying to me when I actually did get someone on the phone. When I complained, the manager was just as rude and unhelpful as the rest of the service department.

Provided by YP.comI have been waiting for my 83 yamaha exiter-1 motorcycle to be repaired. I was told it would take two or three weeks. It has now been six weeks. The manager Brian has been trying very hard, however; the parts and service department is taking it's time. I am getting very aggravated with all this and will never ever give repeat business.(Concidering I am always sending friends up to them for motorcycles and vehicles.) I understand repairing a starter takes about a week and replacing a gasket maybe a day or two however this is ridiculas.
