I've just walked out of this office to never come back (writing from my phone). You get better customer service buying a coffee that at this Nashua store. From the minute you walk in, this lady, who clearly hates her job kept complaining each time the phone would ring, she was absolutely unpleasant to me and she was no help at all with the glasses I was looking to buy from them.

I had my eye exam after, which went well until I asked the Doctor what he wrote in one of the boxes on my prescription (his hand writing was unreadable) in case I wanted to buy glasses online later on but he refused to tell me what those characters he wrote were, telling me "A professional optometrist would understand that". I explained I did not asked for an explanation of the prescription, only what number or letters he wrote in that box because I couldn't read it. He kept repeating the same, I need a professional to read that.

Also, they will not tell you your Pupil Distance (PD) needed when you buy prescription glasses online, The only reason why I drove an hour to this store is because they are a Costa del Mar dealer and I wanted my sunglasses with prescription from them. Well now I will spend the $600 online instead and buy them directly from the manufacturer's web site.

I learned my lesson and they lost another client. Here are the reviews I should have read before:
