First I called 800-Flowers, what a mistake. I spent 25 minutes on he phone giving all my information and hearing it repeated back to me over-and-over. I ordered a $50 arraingment. They then asked me if I wanted to get an express delivery, which meant it would get there before 1:00. I needed this, so I took it. At then end of our conversation, she said the total was $78.74. She had to repeat it, because I didn't believe what I heard the first time. She explained they were based in California and there was a state tax. I said these flowers are to be delivered in New Hampshire, I live in New Hampshire and there is no sales tax "Live Free of Die." She said the florist shop would need to reimburse the tax. That's when I said "forget it."



I called Collins Flowers, I got this pleasant lady who was a delight to speak with. Our conversation was about 5 minutes long, which included some options that she suggested; very helpful. She took my credit card info and said the arraingment would be delivered before 1:00. It was really that easy.
