I find the people at the Counseling Center of Nashua to be very professional and caring group. My therapist and psychiatrist work together to make sure I am getting the very best care. I know that my mental health care is in good hands. I've been a client there for over 6 years.

Poor administrative/business o...

Poor administrative/business office - mis-post pymts; don't give credit for correct insurance payments; double charge on deductibles - then say it's patient's full and won't schedule recommended testing, therapies (recommended by their doctors) And when get mad that you point out their mistakes and want corrections - they cut patients off with no notice

I am writing to you to express my appreciation for the outstanding care that Jane McGrath has provided me. In the past I have had doctors that were not available in a time of crisis and did the bare minimum for the most part. Jane has always been available for me in times of crisis. She is also very professional as well as helpful and goes above and beyond to make sure that I am taken care of. Honestly, there are times that I don't know what I would have done without her help, and I just wanted you to know that she is one very valuable employee! Thank you for your time.

The Counseling Center has provided great service to me and my family. I really felt that I was treated with care and that I mattered. There are so many different providers for any sort of problem you may have, there is a right fit for you. I would recommend The Counseling Center to anyone looking for professional help that is quality care!

Dr. Mendel tends to treat his patients as numbers and not people. He tends to throw medications at problems without a proper diagnosis of what the problem is.
