I hired Scott a year ago when buying into a business that is a partnership. He was sub par from the beginning but fairly reasonable. After going through some mediation with partners Scott started meeting with my partner without my knowledge. Scott came to find out my partner owned a well know pizza chain and asked me if he could represent my partner. I said no it was a conflict of interest and Scott continued to secretly meet him and now represents him going against me. Scott Flegal is a shady scumbag who will take money over his legal obligation and has zero morals. Besides the fact that his body odor is almost unbearable he the worst decision you could ever make when it comes to hiring a trustworthy lawyer.
