"I highly recommend Gentle Care Rides. They, unlike other providers, do pick up clients at residential homes, not only from group facilities. They have wonderful vans with a side ramp onto which you can be pushed with your wheelchair. It is then firmly secured to the floor, or you may sit on a comfortable back seat. Their seats have lovely generous seat belts that accommodate even my 400lbs size. I have ridden with 3 drivers and the experience was wonderful. They all were kind, attentive, mindful of my needs and went the extra bit to help. In my case, I didn't have a wheelchair so they helped me into the van and when we got to the hospital they went to get one for me and wheel me to and from my appointments. David, one of the drivers is a pure joy to ride with. He saw I was in pain and not well, so he, unprompted, turned up the heat in the back for me to make me comfortable.

I loved riding with this company. I used their transportation services for about 6 months. The drivers were friendly and professional. They were always on time. Very accommodating.

I have had many rides scheduled through CTS and to find anothet company lile this one isnt easy. They were always ontime professional and so friendly. They have seriously raised the bar and so far no other company has been able to reach these expectations. I recommend them every time someomr asks for a company.

CTS has scheduled me for 4 appts w/ Gentle Care on Oct.25,26 & 30. Stay tuned for review after I ride with them 4 times. I've OPTIMISTICALLY rated them 5 stars BUT WE'LL SEE.

I saw one of there drivers go through 2 red lights in Manchester this morning. The first one was on 2nd st. turning onto W Hancock st. The 2nd red light he went through was crossing So.Mane from Oak to Varney St. Then the idiot was speeding on Saint As drive in Goffstown. Called the Co. and asked to speak to the owner was tolled he was in a meeting and would call me back that was at 9:30 it is 1:30 still no call. I guess the don't care how there vans are driven. The web site wants a rating to submit review but there are no - # to give these people so I have to give them a one.

The best in southern NH.Their rates and services are the best in town. Just try the give them a call and see it yourself!!
