I feel bad for the other women who did not like cosmo, but I have been going here for years. I am always treated with a friendly smile and hello the minute I walk in and recieve great service the entire time I am there. I get my hair cut by melissa and she is wonderful. She always gives me just what I want. The retail manager is always very welcoming and helpful. The only time I see boxes in the store is when they get shipment in. There is no back room so hello... what else are the poor girls going to do? I see those girls work as fast as they can trying to get the products up and out of the customers way. I think you are doing a great job girls !!!! keep up the good work!!
