Provided by YP.comI would like to thank Nicole she was the best my necklace got tangled and knotted with the clamp. She was able to release the knot and free the clamp which made it easier to detangle my necklace. My necklace was getting tighter around my neck as the day went on. I tried desperately to release the knot but failed Nicole knew exactly what and how to fix it in minutes. I can't thank her enough. Long Jewelers must be proud to have her on their team.
