I started going here again after the new owner took over..she is WONDERFUL... the whole staff is. I also left a place (coliseum ave) that I was very loyal to who was pawning me off to new techs too that did a horrible job. So much for being a good tipper and client. Love Nails 2000... my nails last longer and look soooo nice. Would most definitely recommend them. They are all very knowledgable. Very glad I switched.

I have been going here for about 6 months now and have always left feeling great! My nails look fantastic and i feel pampered!I left another Nashua nail salon after years of loyalty to them because of poor customer service. As their business grew their personal care steadily declined. I was regularly pawned off to new techs who needed experience and made to wait more than 30 minutes after making an appointment many times with no apology!In contrast, I have been impressed with the level of personal care shown here. If there is a wait the staff is honest about it and they offer an accurate time to return if you would like to run errands while you wait. Everyone is pleasant and accommodating, the shop is clean and the services are quality! Hopefully, they will maintain the personal touches as their business continues to grow.

Best Place to get anything done.. ie nails, pedi, and eyebrows.. but ask for kayla!!!

The BEST nail salon around!! Great quality workmanship......I've been going there for 3 years and I wont go anywhere else!! I continually get compliments on my nails.....Rose is the best!!!!
