Provided by YP.comI have been using Neverett's for years now. Whether its buying a vacuum, or repairing one. Competitive pricing and certainly better than buying a vacuum online and having to deal with returns/shipping/defective parts. Believe me Iv'e done that! No more. They back their products. Honest hometown company. No hassles! In and out in less than 5 minutes. Literally I pull up, keep my truck running! 5 + stars on every level. Right in the center of downtown,Certainly beats going to the south end! Really doesn't get much better than that!

Provided by YP.comI have used Neverett's for several years including a motor replacement on my Miele vacuum cleaner and service for a 30+ year old Singer Sewing Machine. They have always provided excellent service at a reasonable price. Today however, I had an experience that was so extraordinary that it compelled me to sit down and write a review. In the middle of a time-sensitive sewing project, my workhorse machine had an issue rendering it unusable. I showed up at Neverett's this morning at 8:00 am praying that they could do a quick repair. The repair technician (John) was just walking in the door and he immediately went to work on my machine and made the repair - I was thrilled!! I was out the door by 8:15. Neverett's is the epitome of a customer-focused local business. If you want real service and to be viewed as more than just a number, use Neverett's for all your sewing and vacuum needs. They are AWESOME!!!
