I can't recommend Northeast Helical enough to anyone with a settled pool deck. Instead of spending $10k to $15 and 2-3 weeks, along with a torn up lawn, you can have a like new deck in 1 day for a fraction of the cost, and with no impact on the pool plumbing or electrical. The concept is mudjacking. They drill a small hole in each tab and shoot in pressurized concrete to gently lift the deck. My deck had sunk for then 6 inches in some places and is now perfectly level. Additionally, settling of the ground and chipmunk nests and eaten away at the fill under the deck so there was virtually nothing under some portions of the deck. It was only a matter of time before it collapsed.
Northeast was prompt courteous and professional. The salesperson is an engineer so he is well qualified for sizing the job. They responded quickly to my inquiry, called back when they said they would and showed up as scheduled. They truly exceeded my expectations. My deck is now like new.
