Recently brought my daughters here for pictures and very disappointed. Have been going here for years, but now under new management. The prices have significantly increased and do not get value for the packages anymore. The person taking our photos was rude and we didn't even get the pictures of everyone by themselves and a group picture as requested. Person kept cutting me off when trying to oder the pictures because they were upselling and I kept saying not interested... Would no longer recommend going to this studio

Had an offer from these folks. Terrible customer service. We were in traffic and had 5 mins to our appointment. My wife called up, courtesy, to let them know that we might be late. The guy who answered informed us that if we were more than 10 mins late, our appointment would be cancelled. Fair Enough. Fortunately we came on time. Checked in and waited for 40 mins past our time. !!! Still with no sign, the same guy with absolutely no remorse informed me that thats the way they do business !!! Cancelled appointment, walked out and went to the much more professional Picture People.

Nice studio in Nashua, NH!

Went in the afternoon & we were the only ones there.

All employees were great and helpful!! Prices were very reasonable too,

I would recommend this place to anyone :)

I will definitely be returning for other pictures and packages!
