I stopped going here because of the rude behavior of the owner ..

The owner is very rude, unpleasant and horrible customer service. Some ladies are very good but some aren't and leave very unsatisfied. I would never go back, I really wish there was someone else to open a good and pleasant salon that provides great customer service and do a great job.

I have found the owner and her staff to be friendly. They are fast, affordable, and allow for walk-ins with very little to no wait. I go for the threading and while I find some of the women to be more thorough than others, they all seem to be very skilled (which is good since you get whomever is available when you walk in.) I have been pleased to very pleased each time I have gone in.
