As Mary B. said below, you have to click on at least one star, but I'd give them -3 stars if I could. Had a horrible experience with the president, or maybe the office manager (he would not give me his name or title when I asked) while simply inquiring about the process of making an offer on a property in the park, and the related approval process. After only a couple of questions, he became annoyed, aggressive and even belligerent towards me, using childish profanity, and all but chasing me out the door (literally). I was so caught off guard and surprised by his irrational and aggressive behavior, I considered calling the local police, but decided to take a few deep breaths and just leave. Very strange and out-of-context behavior, and quite frankly, I'm worried for how those who occupy the park, particularly seniors, are treated. I shouldn't have been surprised, however, as he rudely processed papers and didn't look at me while I was asking my questions. On a call to the office earlier in the day, when I tried to make an appointment to speak with them about the park, I was told by a different employee: "Mondays are tough days for me, so I likely will be too busy to sit down and speak with you if I am here". Apparently they also have an answering service in Ohio that takes/screens their calls so they don't have to talk to folks (e.g. residents of the park) unless they want to. Nice way to run a business!?! I'm saddened for the community members, as the management, or at least their representatives, appear unprofessional based on my interaction with at least two individuals. Small sample size, I know, but it's also a small company. One with whom I would never do business! By the way, I have excellent credit (800+ FICOs), no debt, 6-figure income (I just want to downsize & simplify my life), and was also intending to pay cash for a manufactured home, so apparently they are rude to everyone, even those of us who are blessed enough to be well off! Ended up finding what I was looking for just down the street at Jensen's River Pines. Thus far, their property management folks have been fair and considerate. At the very least, they are professional. Note: Beyond being a current resident at River Pines, I have no relationship with them in any way, so my feedback is genuine.

I'd give no stars, but you have to do one at least. I was paying cash for a trailer and had everything all set. I had applied for the rental of the land, 405 a mth and was denied based on 'poor credit'. However.. The poor credit was a few medical bills from years ago and one other charge that was my ex husbands. I make over 40k, and was willing to give them a deposit up front and the office manager was extremely rude. The president wouldn't budge and wouldn't take my calls to even discuss the findings on the credit report. I have no record and had references and they based their entire decision on a credit report and wouldn't even discuss what credit score they wanted or what they were concerned about. They are awful people and I would never live there as you will have a hard time reselling due to the management.
