Am giving my full 5 stars to this angelic woman Karen. She should be the standard for any cab driver

I called to order a cab for the following day at 11:00 am. Around 11:05 I called and was rudely inform that the van was on the way, called back 20 mins later and got no reply. They finally showed up at 11:34. The driver sat there and watched me load 6 suitcases into the van, my 7 yr old son told him "My mom needs help", he ignored him of course. He didn't even offer a word of apology for being 34 mins late. Awful service, you should have to pay people to treat you this way.

I've used this service a couple times for work (having called ahead the night before). The driver was exactly on time both occasions, very nice, and they tell you the cost ahead of time so theres no surprise when you pay. It was also very reasonably priced. I'll definitely keep using this service
