After 4 years, I can conclusively say that these guys are no good. Went two years without proper heating. There was also no ventilation in the bathroom, a broken down dishwasher, and ineffective overall property management. They seem to care more about how many cars they can get towed out of their lot than they do about the properties that they rent.

I have never had a worse landlord and I recommend that everyone avoids these people at all costs!
