Got a GREAT color & cut there a while ago. LOVE that they use all natural products -- you won't believe how incredible your hair looks & feels! Loved the cut, too! Heather is very nice and very personable. Highly recommend this salon!!

I have been going to this salon for a few years now and i have never been dissatisfied. I have stuck with one stylist (courtney) which has helped because she knows what type of hair I have and how to work with it.

I LOVE the color I get here. B...

I LOVE the color I get here. Been going for a few months now and I suggest the salon to anyone. They use no chemicals and the atmosphere is great, very relaxing. My color stays a long time , too, which I never dreamed would be possible with organic color.

Absolutely horrible

They are extremely catty and dramatic, they people working there don't look professional at all, they drink on the job and they claim to be a "green" salon when they don't recycle.

Verde is sorry that we did not meet your expectations and your visit was as disappointing and uncomfortable as it was. Verde strives to make every client have a relaxing and satisfying experience. We here at Verde deeply appreciate your feedback and want to thank you for sharing your concerns and experience with us. Nashua does not provide recycling containers for the business, so we have two girls ( one of those are myself ) who bring the containers to be recycled into Nashua recycling bins. We have two trash bins in our color room: one for recyclable items and ones which are not. We are very passionate about recycling and are dismayed that you were given incorrect information regarding our recycling policies. I can absolutely assure you, as Verdes' owner Reina experienced allergies from working in non-green salons, that we do use organic products. We utilize organic color systems, a fabulous organic hair color line. We use natural cleaning products as much as possible. We use natural soap in the salon, as well as offering organic tea and organic lemonade for clients. Our products lines include Kevin Murphy. Kevin Murphy products are made from renewable and sustainable resources whenever possible, using pure essential oils, plant extracts and natural antioxidants. All KEVIN.MURPHY hair products are sulphate and paraben free. Another fantastic line we carry is No. 4: no alcohol, no sulfates, 100% Vegan, Gluten and Paraben Free. At Verde, we do have a complimentary organic beverage bar, where we serve beer and wine to clients. Employee drinking from the bar is prohibited. The owner does not allow any employees to use any of the drinks within our drink bar at any time. Any behavior or body language that is perceived as “catty” or “dramatic” is disciplined. Not worth the cost!

I've been to Verde Salon 3 times.

The 1st time my hair was done by a young girl who was very good considering she wasn't what they would refer as a 'master' hair stylist. She colored my roots, did partial highlights and styled it. She did a great job. I was very happy with the color she put on my hair that she suggested she will keep it in my file for future visits in case she wasn't around , so the person doing my hair will know what color to use.

Well, I came back a second time and a hairstylist named Walter did my hair. The onl good thing I can say about him is that he takes his time doing your hair. He's considered a Master hairstylist. In my opinion he is not. He's talented with the hair brush, but that's about it. First of all, he lectures you for at least 30 min and tries to make you sing a waiver in case things don't come out the way their supposed to, to cover his @#$%, which is ok, as long as he does a good job, I can ignore that even though it's annoying. He colored my roots and did highlights that came out hot pink. Not what the previous girl had done. I told him to refer to my file for the proper color. He did and he said the wrong color was written, which I don't believe. Anyway, he 'fixed' it and it as ok after he brushed it. I paid $175 and to this day don't think it was worth it. Came back a third time, and the same guy did my hair, but this time he messed up a lot. I wanted a 'bob' style and my hair looks everything but the picture I brought with me. He kept saying: 'oh, your haircut is not going to look like that', even though I told him I've had the same style before and it looked just like the picture. In my opinion he is not skilled enough that's why he tries to talk you out of doing what you want done in your hair, plus he kept asking me throught the process of cutting my hair: 'do you want more taking out of here, there, or is it too short, etc'. Comments that gave me more than one 'red flag' about the end results. At the end, I walked out of the salon with a style that looked more than an old lady than what I wanted, not to mention the price I had to pay only because he is considered a 'Master' hairstylist. Unfortunately, after this experience I won't go back to this Salon.
