These people cut off the water on the same day the bill is due just so they can charge a $20 reconnect fee. They do NOT try to contact you at all when your bill is due and if you see the man anywhere NEAR your house, you'd better flag him down and make SURE that he's not turning your water off, because they don't ever tell you until it's too late. What a dishonest way to make money off of people just trying to get by. Especially when there is a baby in the house. We are never late, and the first time we are, this happens. Goodness gracious. I am looking into changing companies, hopefully I have options. Low people!
