Great selection of boats, extremely knowledgeable sales staff. They were very patient with my wife and I as we knew nothing about boating. We purchased a new Chaparral Vortex and love it. They even took us out on the lake for half a day to teach us how to operate the boat and load it on the trailer!

If I could do it over again, I would have done a lot more homework on Berkshire. I've had issues from day one. My main issue with this dealer has been that they didn't promise, but they had felt strongly that the boat I ordered in February would be ready by April. I didn't get it until the week AFTER Memorial Day. But I couldn't get a Saturday delivery, I had to wait til Monday. Maybe I'm the only person that has ever had an issue with this dealer, but I certainly haven't been met with outstanding customer service when I've had an issue and I've had a few with my brand new boat already. If you're thinking about buying from them, please do ALL your homework and get EVERYTHING in writing!!! They are trying to get my issues resolved now, but it's been a month. If I've learned anything, be sure to ask them how any and all warranty issues will be serviced. All they have offered is that I bring the boat in for service. I'm 5 hrs away, and that isn't a real option and they have no connections for service at Table Rock Lake. My mistake for not asking, but I thought they were a MAJOR brand and would have options at one of the biggest lakes in the state. If I was close to them and had a trailer to get to and from their shop, things may have been much different. Good Luck.
