The Nashville House is a landmark eatery & antique shop. Over the years we have become famous for our delicious fried biscuits, homemade apple butter, and our fried chicken. We have a rustic historical feel and our staff is just so pleasant. The Nashville House also has a general store where we sell cooking supplies and a variety of homemade jams, jellies, and other food items. Our apple butter is available to ship anywhere in the country so you can enjoy the deliciousness from home. - Nashville House has been serving the Nashville, IN area delicious home cooking since 1927. Our specialty is our Apple Butter, and people come from all over the area just to get some! Nashville house specializes in country-style cookin' with plenty of heart! Our biscuits are the best around, and go perfect with our fried chicken. We most of our menu items from scratch in our kitchens, including our breads, deserts and pies, so you know it's fresh. Nashville House is a unique place, with the decor mostly unchanged since the 1950s. It's a truly rustic environment with some historical pictures and features. Be sure to make a reservation for dinner, and while you're here, check out the Old Country Store. We sell our amazing Apple Butter by the jar, along with jams, jellies and preserves, old-fashioned candies, unique kitchen gadgets, along with our in-house baked bread and cookies. October is our busiest month, so we will not take reservations. Also we will be open 7 days a week from 11:30am to 8pm for the whole month.
