As a business owner in Nashville for over 11 years, I heard about Tess from friends so I trusted her with my business needs. I was anything but demanding, in fact I was kind and supportive. The first time I went to her she overcharged me big time, though I did not complain. The next time I went to her, she dropped the ball on me. I really needed menus and website work done and it took four months before I ever heard rom her again. It should not have taken more than two weeks. And when she did complete her work, it was not even close to what I asked for, again, charging much more than what it was worth. I felt her customer service to be absolutely lacking, and please be sure and double check her spelling three times. This woman is completely irresponsive and sloppy. I have begun to hear reports from others who have "fired" her. Perfectly nice people, it's just that she doesn't seem to care at all, and more often just lets customers down. One reason may be that if you are not the most important person in town, she just doesn't care. Working with her was way more hassle and disappointment than it was ever worth.
