Do not do business with this place. My husband intended to use cash due to the fact we do not have credit cards or debit. He was told that over the phone they had to have one to reserve a truck. My husband gave them his Mom's debit and asked them not to put any charges on it. They said that was fine being that he was to pick up truck the next day. When he arrived he had to pay an exuberant deposit of around $800. We returned it the next morning the same way we got it. He was told by the person working there that his refund would have to be in the form of a check and would be mailed to him. A month later 2 charges of almost $100 each were put on his Mom's debit card. So upon calling this place we got no answers and no one called back. We called the main company and they refunded his Mom's money and are paying for the bounced check fees that were a result of the charges. They told her she should never have been charged. As for my husband's refund at first it was going to be returned but upon further investigation there was no evidence showing he paid anything. They also told us that they had similar complaints about this particular UHual business and they were under investigation.
