Awful. Avoid like the plague. Terrible to their patients. Habitual miscommunication between offices, management, and technicians, leaving the patients to suffer from their negligence. If I could give less stars, I would.

Visited Apria. Tried hard sell tactics. added extra items to invoice. tried to make me sign long term service contracts. would not disclose costs.

Very poor business. Would not honor warranty for wheelchair for which they were dealer. And rude too!! Would nt come out if I paid them either. Would only honor warranty for items they sold.
