My experience was horrible. I have gotten my hair straightened and permed for 16 years and have never ever had a problem with them taking very well. I went to get my hair straighten here for the first time, it came out half done, she talked on the cell phone the whole time which is probably why she half assed it. I also got a pedicure. My 11 year old niece has done them twice just messing around and it looked way better. She used no guide and didn't even get the nail polish off the skin around it so I had to go home get remover and a q-tip to clean them up. I told her I was not happy with her work and she then made it a very clear point her husband is a detective for metro. I guess that was her way of trying to intimidate me into not complaining. Do not go, Do not go, Do not go.
