A work colleague introduced me to B & C, and I'm glad they did. Some local BBQ joints seem to be more about the music or the décor. B & C is all about the food. I got the smoked Salmon plate and I was great. The fried okra and sweet tea (almost as good as grandma's) were good too. Just remember that the salmon isn't available everyday, think only on Wed. and Fri. I got lucky by going on the right day. It's quick, casual, and not too pricy there.

Quick service, good BBQ, the brisket sandwich was good as well as the mac&cheese, baked beans. They have nice family-pack options.

My family loves this barbecue place. The actually barbecue is delicious, but what I love best about it are all the delicious sides and vegetables they serve. Make sure to check out the grits of the day!

Delicious BBQ and great side items. Their cheese grits are amazing. They also usually have something smoked but non pork on the menu if you are looking for a healthier option. The smoked salmon is great as is the turkey. The atmosphere isn't super cool, but the food is super yummy. They are experts at catering and larger orders for family style and parties.

Love the pulled pork and pulled chicken, perfect amount of smoke flavor. All of the sides are delicious, especially the fried okra.
