I bought a Go-Cart for my son 2 years ago from here and was very pleased with the way we were treated by the staff. I read some of the reviews left by others and all I can say we have always treated VERY nice. This year I had to bring my son's cart back in for a minor repair and Mr.Chip was as professional as they come. He had my cart fixed and returned to us in 2 days. I highly recommend BC Cycles to anyone looking for a Go-Cart ,ATV or Dirt Bike. I am sure you will be as pleased as we are.

Jana A is correct. I called because I was interested in purchasing an ATV for my husband for Fathers Day, BC Cycles has almost all of the ads on Craigslist. The fellow answered the phone very gruffly. I said "Hello, how are you?" He said, "Busy, what do you want?" I responded with, "Would there be a better time to call back?" He said "What is it you want?" I replied with "Never mind, I do not think you are the type of business that I need to do business with." You never get a second chance to make a first impression.

I do remember Linda G. phone call and I must say I am the person she spoke with. First let me apoligize if I offended you. You did call at a VERY busy time. (which is not an excuse) That day we had already had 5 different phone solictors try to sell us everythnig from Time Shares & credit card sevice to advertising & I thought you were another one. I do get upset when you have your phone on the do not call list but they call anyway and unfortunalty I thought Linda G. was another solictor. Having said that I would like to offer Linda G. a free helmet with any ATV or Scooter purchase or If you have already bought one we can offer you a FREE Service or Oil Change. Please let us make it right again. We have not earned out Better Buisness Bureau A+ rating by treating our customers like that. Hope to see you soon!

Definitely not a waste of your time!

I came in looking for a specific carbon fiber raptor for my cousin and they were very prompt and found exactly what I was looking for. With this being so last minute for Christmas I was truly rushed. They have good prices and are very friendly. I'll definitely be back!

Don't waste your time

The guy that runs the desk is pretty much a condescending jerk. Guy in the back was helpful and informative. Don't bother. Find a place that cares. Customer service is what it's all about in my book.

Sometimes no matter what you do you just cannot please everyone & that was the case here. We addressed her problem but she just did not like our solution. We pride ourselves on excellent customer service and repeat business. Since 1999 we have been satisfying our customers here in Nashville. We are A+ rated by the Nashville B.B.B. and will let our record stand for itself. I truly wish we could please everyone that comes through our door but sometimes you just have to grin and bear it!

I had a excellent experience with BC Cycles! They were friendly and very helpful when it came to helping me with purchasing a scooter for my granddaughter Makayla! Definitely will shop there again in the future!

Awesome place!

BC Cycles is an awesome place with amazing product! The staff is extremely knowledgable, helpful and friendly and prepared to answer any questions you may have. They helped me choose the perfect mini ATV for my daughters 8th birthday and I plan on doing business with them in the future!
