I have never in my life encountered a practice in which the employees never answer the telephone. I called several times and each time, I got the answering machine...when I contacting the answering service, no one really seemed to care that they were about to ship my glasses to Smyrna, TN and I live in Smyrna, GA.....I will never use this eye doctor again....In addition, I have sent my glasses back to them twice to be repaired or replaced.....The last time, I had to call to find out where they were after a month of waiting. Very terrible office...no personal touch!
