There is but one review I have read, "City search", woman's handle was "Catlover??), all torn up because Mr. Billy closes @ noon on Sat. Ranted because of this, or was it the fact she can not read the hours of operation on door, MORONIC! I will all but bet she doesn't let the door hit her in the backside leaving work.

Started using Mr. Billy way back, not a nicer more talented man in his field, outstanding workmanship - takes great pride in it as well. Just picked up my "97/98 era Rockie boots, looked as original as could be possible. Do not fail to call on him for any leather related items you may have. Pay up front is all you need to know. The work is excellent, backs it up as well. Worth your visit!

Been going to Billy for the past 25 years - as long as I've been in Donelson. I've taken some odd-ball things to him as well as normal items like having shoes re-soled. He's always pleasant to work with (more talkative sometimes - but always friendly). He only takes cash and checks and you pay before service is rendered. But I've never minded that, because he always done excellent work.
