Always the same... Excellent! We love how professional and humble everyone is here, always busy doing things right and giving us that genuine smile making us feel in home.

We are new patients and today was our first visit to the office and I was so impressed. From check in to the time we left it was a warm and friendly experience. The tour was amazing to meet everyone and know that these wonderful individuals will take care of my children's teeth had me so happy. The process was so easy, and I feel so confident in what is to come. April was amazing and explained the whole process in ways that made me sure about what is to come. Dr. Ruth was equally amazing in our first visit and explaining the process and getting to know my daughter. This was just great.

Terribly rude staff. Particularly, the woman in charge of discussing finances. She made several snide, off color comments to me throughout the consultation. She even criticized the photos taken of me. Additionally, I felt an overtone of judgment surrounding my occupation. There's a fine line between small talk versus probing for information. The entire thing felt rushed and inattentive.

My child was 10 minutes late for an appointment and we had to sit for an hour only to be told that he could not be seen and I could not reschedule.

This was the most enjoyable experience. The office was always clean and decorated nice. The staff was always personable and informative. Dr. Ruth kept me informed on how the treatment was going. My estimated time of treatment was on point. She was very down to earth and worked great with her staff. I always feels like family when I go. The work she does is amazing and worth every penny spent.

Braces by Dr. Ruth is a amazing office. The staff is nice and gentle with your teeth. The environment is very warm and the staff is friendly. Today my Braces were removed and they made experience i had over the years were great.. Dr. Ruth is a true Captain she lead by example I've never seen her without a smile on her face that speaks a ton about the environment of the office.

Dr. Ruth is great! Both of our children have been patients of hers - one for 4 years and one for 2 years. The smile results are wonderful, but so is the relationship Dr. Ruth builds with your family. The office atmosphere is friendly and fun with a lot of rewards and contests. The office location is so convenient. Highly recommend.

She is a very nice lady Her staff is caring and loving. U couldn't ask for any more from them. And my teeth look a whole lot better because of them.

Well the staff maybe friendly they sure aren't caring toward your child's need. My teenager daughter was so excited about getting braces I was referred by her dentist. Well when we initially set up the appointment they said she could not miss her appointment or she wouldnt be able to set her another one at all a policy they made up well they set her a day and time. The day of her appointment unfortunately there was a wreck right in front of us on the interstate. Well I called to let them know that I would be running late however things happen even though I left the house early. Well I informed the lady who answered the phone she said im not sure if they will see you. However when we finally made it 30 minutes later after I drove fast as I could drive my car I made it. Me not knowing that when we got to the back that all she was going to do was look in her mouth and send us right back out I couldn't believe it.

I have an autistic teen and Dr.Ruth and her staff are so great with her.very happy with the service.

The staff is so professional, efficient, and accommodating. Although I am nearing the end of a long Journey with this office, I will never forget the many years of laughter and quality orthodontic care I received.

Very pleased of the care given being I had extra dental work needed to be done and had to remove brackets and wire. I was able to get everything done in a timely matter...

Initially I was somewhat hesitant about getting braces, being that I'm in my mid-twenties, but I can honestly say that Dr. Ruth and her staff are absolutely amazing. Every visit Dr. Ruth asks how my day is going and really takes the time to establish a genuine doctor-patient relationship. I have had braces for a little over eight months and already my teeth are beautiful. I can't wait to see the finished product!!!

my child has braces by Dr. Ruth and my experince has been, no matter what my appointment time, I can expect to wait at least 20-30 minutes before being called back. The office is only open 3 days a week, (tho they advertise business hours Monday -Friday) this is inconvient for working parents. Other than that, the service is ok and the staff is friendly.
