We can't wait to move out of this neighborhood! We've lived here for 3 years in 2 apartments. We pay close to $1,000 for a 2 bedroom "upgraded" apartment but the only thing upgraded are the floors and appliances when other "upgraded" apartments have newer cabinets, hardware, appliances, floors, and bathrooms. You definitely do not get your money's worth living here. Upon moving in, neither apartment was clean. There were food crumbs in the kitchen cabinets, hair all over the bathroom, and belongings leftover in the closets from previous tenants... To say the least. The grounds of the community are not well cared for. Golf carts driven by the maintenance team tear up the grass and leave mud everywhere. When you do have a complaint, management doesn't take it seriously and they never follow through. The gates are there to make you feel safer but the fact is that they hardly work... And by the off chance that they are, they'll just be broken again within a weeks time. The "cameras" are also there for show. They do not record anything. We transferred apartments when I was pregnant because I found black mold in the cabinets and under the flooring of our bathroom but we were penalized with a fee for doing so... I'm not even sure they got rid of the mold seeing that the same apartment was rented out just a few days later. The office is very unorganized. We are trying to get out of our lease because my husband got a job transfer out of state and they don't have us listed in the correct apartment and we are being charged ridiculous fees. Cathy in the office is hardly ever there and when she is she's not very knowledgeable and she makes promises that she has no authority to make. I've kept every maintenance request I've made living here and the number is close to 30. Homeless people break through the fences. Residents speed through the complex and I've seen children and adults almost get hit countless times. I've complained about it and nothing has ever been done about it. After 5 there isn't any parking spots available near your building because parking is not regulated here. They make a lot of money here off of their residents but there aren't any improvements made to the buildings or grounds. In all, we do not feel safe, appreciated, or respected living here and are excited to move out!
