The customer service rep was very helpful in offering upgrades and providimg details on the different types of vehicles.

Scoundrels!!! I went to pick up my car, They told me that they'd "give" me a Mustang, making it seem like it was in the same class of car I had rented, then charged me a $25/day upgrade fee. I'm inclined to contact the Better Business Bureau.
