This location is slow. The counter area is always dirty and napkins, straws, and ketchup need to be refilled. Disappointing!

First thing when I walked up there was a lot of people standing waiting for food. That should have stopped me but being black Friday I gave it a shot. Horrible mistake the girl that was the cashier jacked my order all up. I asked for king crossainwich with added bacon. I got a crossainwich with bacon nothing but freaking bacon. What kind of moron thinks when I say I want all the stuff on it just add bacon thinks oh he wants a bacon sandwich. She was more interested in her phone than helping me and immediately before I even got my receipt was talking to her bf or whoever. The dude that was making stuff was smug af. So after waiting 20 minutes for a sandwich and realizing it was wrong I took it back and alerted them to their mistake. They said you ordered a king crossainwich with double bacon I asked the attendant what it said on the board eggs sausage and cheese NOT BACON AND BREAD. It must be a prerequisite to have the IQ equal to a neanderthal because that's what I had to deal with. Not only did I get my other sandwich it was a nice cold one too along with my hashbrowns that were so undercooked and greasy. I would not recommend anyone to ever go here and if you do make sure you have a loudspeaker to talk into so the idiots can hear you quite clearly. I would tell you to write down your order and give it to them but by judging they can't even read their own menu I highly doubt they can read anything. Don't ever go here this is the worst customer service and food I have ever had in my life.

The waitresses are friendly and the food has been wonderful every time i have ate there. This is a good restraunt to eat at at a good price. so now, you wont have to break the bank to have a fun family night out.
