I rented from this company in 2011 it was an apartment. I moved out 1 month early on the lease. I gave them 60 day notice paid all rent current and signed over my deposit to cover last month. They turned a bill over to collection agencey for 5700 and it is now on my credit. They will do nothing to help. They dont care only out to get money out of someone who done it right!!!!!!!!!!!!! Beware if you have an emergency and need to leave even if you pay it they will try to get something out of you.
