Amazing instructors and office staff. If you pay attention you will go into the licensing exam well prepared. Thanks to CLI I passed on the first try.

I do NOT recommend this school. While most of the instructors are knowledgable there is one instructor who is so incompetent she ruined the entire learning experience for me. She was obviously not an active agent as all of the information she gave was outdated by 30 years!!! She spent most of the class time talking about her personal life, condescending to the students and being rude to anyone who asked a question. She also gossiped about a student when that student left class early. She was disorganized and easily flustered. I learned nothing from her and would have been better off if I had just read the book on my own or taken the class on line. Do yourself a favor and take this class online at another school.

I've taken all of my real estate courses at CLI. They helped me pass the real estate exam on the first try and I've completed all of the continuing education. Very helpful instructors and the everyone is friendly. Highly recommended.

The staff is dedicated, helpful and Knowledgeable regarding the real estate industry. I was able to pass my real estate exam on the first time.
