I dropped my driveshaft off to have it shortened and a new end on it. The person that would do the work was unavailable and the young lady that took my information didn't understand what I needed. She said he would call me that evening to discuss. When I didn't hear from him by closing time I called and was told he hadn't gotten to it yet that he would look at it first thing in the morning. When he hadn't called back by 10 I called again and he spoke with me. I have never been spoken to so rudely in my entire life. He was angry that I called said he was too busy to look at it and to stop calling him that he would look at it when he had time and call me then. So I picked my shaft up and took it to on of his local competitors who was glad to have my business and actually made me a custom shaft while I waited.
