Guy at the counter had a bit of an attitude when I told him I was picking up a package, as he responded by sitting there in awkward silence and told me he has thousands of them without asking me what my tracking number was or anything. The only high point of the interaction was when he said have a good day, which at best was a way of ensuring I leave on a high note rather than the bad impression I had.
