These groomers did exactly what I was wanting and my dog was so happy! He had a ton of fur and needed a big haircut, and being a 60 lb labradoodle, I know they worked hard and I was so happy with the results.

This pet grooming center is amazing. I went here with my dog a couple of months ago and he couldn't be any happier than ever.

I've been taking my dog here for a while. Their prices are very reasonable and these girls are the sweetest and kindest to my dog. Every time I walk in I am greeted with a smile and hello. They come and love on my dog while were discussing the groom. My baby girl gets so excited when we drive up in the parking lot. She comes home smelling and looking good. I would not take my doggie anywhere else.

I love Dippity Do Dog! We took my 50 lb fluffy dog for a nail trim, bath, haircut-- the works! I think we paid about $60 (don't remember if that included tip) and she looked GREAT! She smelled awesome for days and looked SO clean. I have taken her to other groomers and would always find little things they missed like tear stains, missed hairs that weren't cut, etc. At Dippity Do Dog, she was flawless. They made her look so cute with bows and a bandana. When we picked her up, she was so happy too! Usually after the groomer's she acts a little weird becausewe left her somewhere. But not here! I don't have one complaint about this place and I will be taking her back this week :)

First time we came in we loved it! (had a coupon)

Second time it was ok. They charged us $49 (included nail trim) .

Third time they messed up our dog's cut. He had one bold spot on his back. When I asked them what happened they acted like it was supposed to be this way! and charged us $54 !!! Took him there again few days ago... did not want nail trim (hoping it would be less), his cut looked nothing like it was supposed to! Holy was too busy to explain -why! charged us $50! when I asked why is it $50 if we did not want his nails trimmed, she sad that nails are not included in the package anymore; so that would be separate.

will try to find a different grooming place.

WOW!!! LOVED MY FIRST VISIT!!!.I was recommended by my friend Eadie who has been bringing her 2 Baby Dogs to u all for quite awhile,and told me I'd Love it there.She was right!!.Loved everything from the HAPPY DECOR to the Grooming. The owner,Monica and her Staff were oh SO FRIENDLY!! Loved the way they sat in the floor with my FONZIE when we first came in!! I believe that Fonzie actually had a Good Time,for when I came to pick him up,he was acting as though he didn't want to leave!!!! LOL ! Seemed they knew exactly how I wanted him cut,...VERY GOOD JOB GIRLS!!!..I HAVE MOST DEFENITELY found us a brand NEW GROOMIN SALON!!!..THANKS GIRLS!!! AWESOME JOB!! I will be RECOMMENDING DIPPITY DO DOG to my Friends!! GOD BLESS U ALL and MAY GOD BLESS UR BUISNESS!....*S*

The staff that work there are so welcoming. They make you feel as tho they have known you forever and are so friendly. My dog was shaking something fierce (he always does this when going to the vet or groomer) and the owner immediately started cuddling him which calmed him and I both down. The haircut was just what I asked for and the prices are very reasonable. Great customer service!

This groomer never disappoints. I've been taking my dogs to Dippity Do Dog since Holly opened and have always had a great over all experience at every visit. Holly and Jenn are such good hearted, down to earth girls and you just know by the way they greet you and your dog from the minute you walk in the door that your pets are in good hands. I can't say enough good things about this business. The way it's run, the people who run it, and the quality of grooming is truly a Grooming business at it's best. Check out their Facebook page...it's awesome, I love how they post pictures of my dogs Bubba and Murphy after every grooming.

My poodle has a cut on each side of his face. Took him back a week later for Holly to look at him. She said it was not clipper burn and to not let him scratch it, (right) and it would dry up. Well 3 days later it became infected and had a $80 vet bill. Don't recall Holly apologizing.

Great place to have your dog groomed. I wish I had found it a long time ago. our dog has never smelled so good.

Holly and her staff DDD took AMAZING care of my furr babies, who are so happy now they've been to the spa...I live across town are they are by far worth the drive...

This place is so much fun! I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a place to have your dog groomed. Very clean, professional, and top notch customer service. They even took Jake's picture after his haircut and gave him a treat bag!!! So happy I found Dippity Do Dog.

Great Job. My German Shepherd looked great! The staff was very nice and friendly.

Several friends and neighbors have told me they went there so I finally switched and gave it a try. Sooo glad I did. Holly made me feel like I had known her forever, Buddy has never smelled so good and they even followed up with me the next day to make sure I was happy with the grooming. I will definitely go back.

Let me start by saying I never trust anyone with my baby but I took my elderly dog to Dippity Do Dog and I've never felt more comfortable leaving him somewhere. He was even calm when I picked him up instead of shaking. Love this place!

I am very happy with my visit to dippity do dog. It's clean, fun, and affordable which is hard to find these days.

Well what can I say... Last week I took my dog to be groomed at Dippity Do Dog on Nolensville Rd. I had talked to Holly while I was paying and also left a tip for the grooming services. Later after her shop was closed I noticed several bad cuts on his lower belly! We went back to the shop right after she opened the next morning to see what happened. I am very upset that she, as a Business owner, didn't tell me when I picked him up what had happened.... Did she think that I would not notice? Sorry to say but my dog won't be going back there.....

Our experience with Dippity Do Dog was less than favorable. Our initial greeting with the owner was not the wonderful warm customer service greeting that we had been accustomed to when visiting other service related businesses. We requested a light trim and my husband specifically stated we liked our dog with long hair so just clip his ends. Upon our return, we paid for our puppy's treatment without seeing our dog. When she brought our puppy out, we wer really upset. The puppy had been sheared down, all the hair cut off of his ears and neckline. The owner's reponse was a matter of factly "I'm sorry". I asked what is your definition of a trim, and in response she stated she gave a trim. It looked like our dog got a hair cut by a blind folded groomer. Obviously, we will never patronize Dippity Do Dog Saloon again.

I took my little dog to Dippity Do Dog on short notice and Holly had the dog ready to go in a few hours. I'm sure an appointment is preferred, but it was great to know that I could call if I had to do something quickly. My dog looked great!! Best haircut she has received so far!
