AVOID DR. Nguyen!

I cannot comment on the other clinicians at this practice, but Dr. Nguyen is arrogant and disrespectful. He constantly tried to question me as a parent in front of my child. I took my son in for unexplained stomach problems, this man actually said, "He's not sick. What do you want me to do?" The straw that broke the camel's back was when Dr. Nguyen advised me not to get the flu shot for my son and then would not make him a priority when he caught the flu. Even though my son had a fever of 106, the receptionist said, "You can bring him in, but he may not be seen." That is absolutely CRAZY. It takes an especially sick person to walk out of the office regardless of a child's illness. When I asked the receptionist if I could speak to Dr. Nguyen, she said, "These are his policies, but you can take your son somewhere else." I DID JUST THAT AND HOPE EVERYONE ELSE DOES THE SAME.
