I ordered a 70 inch TV through Walmart .com that was sold by Electronic Express. I did not have time to unbox and set the TV up until about a week after delivery. When I unboxed the TV to set it up the screen was cracked and the TV doesn't work. I was informed by Jillian Zurliene in customer service that because it had been more than 48 hours that I could not return the TV. So now I have a $1300 busted TV set sitting in my living room. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE does not even begin to describe this company. If you can't take care of your customers you should should be out of business.
